How we brew ripe Pu-erh

Water, ratio and timing for a smooth, full cup.

Ripe Pu-erh rewards patience more than aggression. We use 5 g per 150 ml at 100°C, rinsing once quickly, then steeping 20–30 seconds. Later infusions can run longer — the cake opens gradually without bitterness.
