This 2024 white tea is made from the early spring harvest of large-leaf ancient tea trees in the high mountains of Yunnan, China. Using traditional sun-wilting without rolling, it preserves the natural shape and active enzymes of the tea leaves. The liquor is bright and pale yellow, with a sweet, smooth taste and lingering floral and herbal notes. Perfect for fresh drinking now or aging for richer, layered complexity over time.
