Moonlight White employs a unique harvesting technique. In early spring, before 9 a.m., one bud two leaves from wild ancient trees of Jingmai Mountain are harvested with dew. The freshly picked tender buds are placed in an earthen house, processed without rolling, and the fresh leaves are naturally cooled on winnows. They undergo long-term wilting, quiet placement, and fermentation. The entire process uses a low-temperature method, naturally drying the fresh leaves with warm air, without exposure to sunlight, and fermented naturally under the moonlight.
