How to Request Deletion
Send an email to hello@teanary.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Include the email address and name used during registration or checkout.
Verification
We will verify your identity through the provided email. Additional identity proof may be requested if needed.
What We Delete
Once verified, we will delete:
- Your customer profile;
- Order history;
- Contact and shipping information;
- Behavioral analytics data;
- Marketing subscriptions.
Some records may be retained in anonymized form for legal or accounting purposes.
Timeline
All verified deletion requests will be processed within 7 business days.
