Choose a single good tea, prepare a 150-200ml transparent glass cup to brew the tea. Start brewing: 1. Boil water, after boiling, cool down to 85°C~90°C for standby. 2. Warm the cup, pour in one-third of hot water into the glass cup, slowly rotate to let the hot water warm up the entire interior of the cup, then pour out the water.

Choose one type of tea and prepare a transparent glass cup with 150-200ml of water for brewing tea.

Start making tea:

Boil water and cool it down to 85°C ~ 90°C for standby use.

2. Warm the cup by pouring in one-third of hot water, then rotate the cup slowly to evenly heat the interior, discard the water.

Add tea, put in about 3 grams of green tea into a glass cup, the more delicate the green tea action is required to be gentle.

Pour tea into a glass and add boiling water until the tea leaves are fully immersed. Gently shake the glass to allow the tea leaves to unfurl.

5. Pour and fill the cup about seven-eighths full with boiling water. This is where you can slowly enjoy watching the tea leaves float, then slowly absorb water and settle at the bottom of the cup, while the tea gradually turns green.

The tea leaves can be steeped for a short time, between 3 to 5 minutes, for two-thirds of the liquid. Add some hot water again and prolong the brewing time. Repeat this process three times. Generally speaking, you can observe that when the tea is light green in color, it tastes best, but if it turns slightly yellow, it means that the fire has already been overused and affected the taste.
