The color of both new and old tea is very deep, making it difficult to distinguish between them by appearance. The aroma of the new tea has a strong smell of pu-erh that is similar to seafood flavor. The pu-erh flavor of the old tea gradually disappears and changes into the unique mellow fragrance and aged fragrance of ripe tea. The taste of new tea has a heavy water taste, and the tea soup is not thick enough.
