I'm a young Hani girl who makes tea, and I've been in contact with tea since childhood. I like drinking tea too. Why did I start my post this way? It's because recently a friend asked me an interesting question: as people who make tea every day, don't you think that your physical condition will be different from those who don't drink tea
Hello everyone, I am Xiaowu, and let me introduce myself. I am a young Haani girl who brews tea. From a young age, I have been exposed to tea leaves, and I also like drinking tea.
Why start with this? It's because, actually, a friend of mine asked an interesting question. You guys who drink tea every day, will your body constitution be any different from those who don't drink tea at all?
When I first heard the question, I was at a loss for an answer. I'm always in contact with tea leaves and I have to run all over the mountains to look for new sources of tea, taste different types of tea, and then choose the best quality ones when I get back to the shop. So it's no surprise that I drink a lot of tea every day.
This long-term tea drinker and this non-drinker of tea, which one will have a healthier body? Or can we ask if there are any benefits to the body from drinking tea long term?
This is a question that I believe many of you are concerned about, but I really can't give you a definite answer. First point: I'm not any doctor or researcher.
The second point: Because human body is very complex, it's hard to give a absolute answer. After all, everyone has different physical condition.
Third point: I think tea is a healthy drink, but it's also not good to mythologize the functions of tea. Here we should remind everyone that on the internet those who mythologize the functions of tea, these words you shouldn't believe too much.
If I had to say what differences there are between people who drink tea regularly and those who don't, I think they would be as follows.
First point
Drinking tea can help us get more water, and people who drink tea often will definitely take in a lot of water. However, now most people have the problem that they don't drink enough water. If we use drinking tea to supplement our water intake, it will not only meet our daily needs for water but also give our body what it needs to feel comfortable. Let's remind ourselves, although drinking tea can provide us with a certain amount of water, we should not rely solely on tea as our source of hydration.
The second point
Putting aside the quantity of nutrients, it can enhance your body's resistance. We know that tea contains certain amounts of catechins, chlorophyll and other plant active ingredients such as hormones etc., theoretically speaking, frequent intake can help improve your own resistance, helping to fend off external viruses and harmful substances.
Third point
The tea contains a certain amount of caffeine, which has diuretic and stimulating effects. Drinking it can have its own diuretic and stimulating effect on the body. Caffeine is probably a substance familiar to everyone. Tea leaves contain compounds often mentioned in coffee, that is why drinking tea appropriately can continuously promote urination to promote metabolism in the body.
Besides its effects mentioned above, drinking tea also provides some vitamins and minerals. Drinking tea has a beneficial and promoting effect on our body as well.
Drinking tea can help us form a healthy habit. People may find that as they get older, people become more willing to drink tea because the process of drinking tea allows our spirits to focus exceptionally well and allows our minds to clear up, and also, drinking tea is something that needs to be done slowly, which enables us to be more stable in general.
In my personal experience, since I've been exposed to tea from a young age and have always drunk it, I can see clearly that after long-term contact with this tea, I myself also developed a more stable way of dealing with things. When encountering problems, I would first calm down and drink a cup of tea, which might help me think the problem through, rather than getting worked up over something and making a rash decision.
Here are my personal understandings about this topic so far, what do you guys think about it? Welcome to share your opinions and discuss with me in the comments below!
I am in 5th grade, friends who like Pu'er can add me privately, thanks everyone.
Here's the translation: Here are a few popular Pu'er teas that are highly recommended for their great taste:
Chapter 1: Lao Ban Zhong Shu Tea
So called "red wine talks about winery, Pu'er talks about mountain" Yunnan pu-erh tea due to its geographical environment differences, the taste of the tea leaves also differ. Old Ba Zhāng is one of the peak products among mountain teas. This product carefully selects ancient tree material to produce old ba zhāng, with a head spring more exceptional than any other among the peaks.
The tea gardens of Lao Banzhang are located approximately 35 km north of the government office in Blang Shan Township, about 60 km from Menghai County town. The ecological environment and tree age here are very good.
Our Master Tea has been with us for many years, and we are very particular about the tea trees and craftsmanship of tea-making to ensure the quality and taste of the tea leaves.
Old Tree Pu'er is a very aromatic tea among pu-erh teas. Its fresh leaves are thick and strong, with fat and fluffy buds and very few of the other teas in the region have such robust stalks.
The tea soup has an unforgettable strong, thick and bold, wild aroma, a strong stimulating taste and coordination, a sweet aftertaste that is quick to promote saliva secretion and last long. The tolerance for brewing is high, and the tail water is also a charming sweetness.
The rich and sweet contrast transformed in an instant to a delicate pause of one or two minutes, like water splashing on the tongue, and fragrances from ancient trees lingering at the bottom of the cup.
Juicy and thick leaves with excellent appearance and high water resistance.
Easy Archer Ancient Tree Tea
Bent bow belongs to the village of Yiwu in Mengla County, Xishuangbanna. The ancient tea trees grow above 1,800 meters on a high mountain. Four seasons are like spring. High mountains and heavy rainfall ensure an abundant supply of water. Remote mountains with sparse population all year round, away from worldly hustle and bustle, primitive forest with old trees, open wild, to the utmost degree guaranteed the native ecological quality of bent bow ancient trees.
In original forests, both in sun exposure and soil fertility, there are irreplaceable natural advantages. Moreover, the growth rate of ancient tea trees growing in these mixed forests is slower.
Bent bow ancient tree tea, slender thread, mostly dark green, large and fat leaf slices, put in white ceramic bowl bend the bow tea meets water, root by root bursting with vitality, following the first washing tea water filtered out, a light scent cup bottom has floral honey fragrance.
The soup is bright yellow, the aroma bursts out, take a sip and it's extremely bitter at first, the bitterness comes on quickly but fades away soon after, followed by sweetness that increases gradually and saliva flows in accordingly, making your mouth feel fresh.
The second sip is when the viscous sauce glides in and with a soup-like fragrance that overflows, richly lubricating like drinking a stew, without thinking I took a breath, and my throat opened up completely with a clean flow of air between the outside world and chest cavity.
After three infusions, the tea broth is clear and sweet with a slight pungency. There are small bubbles on the tip of the tongue, and the flavor lingers. The throat is naturally free from heat, and breathing through the nose feels more comfortable. After ten or so infusions, the tea's flavor remains excellent and even better than before.
After brewing, the leaves at the bottom are tender yellow softness, thick stems, full of vitality leaf veins clear, it's a feast for the eyes.
Ancient tree tea of Yiwu Blowing House
It is called the "flagship mountain" of Yiwu tea district because of its environment. The tea trees are distributed in a pristine forest, 25 kilometers away from human dwellings, and artificial destruction is small. And it has rich underground mineral resources and sweet water flowing through it, so it naturally produces good tea!
Those who have really gone to the original forest of Yeli Village for picking tea can feel that it is indeed not easy. It takes about 5 hours just to walk from the village to the original forest, crossing one mountain after another, with narrow roads, both sides are overgrown with weeds, and uneven terrain, making it very difficult to walk. Picking tea people are not easy, searching for tea people are not easy, Yeli Village's spring tea, drinking it is enjoying it.
Dried tea leaves are long and rough with a wild appearance. Just open the bag and you can smell the tea aroma clearly. The dried tea leaves are thick and shiny, with clear silver buds visible.
People say that outsiders like the sweetness of the tea, while those in the know appreciate its subtlety. Easy Tiger Tea has long been famous for its fragrance and smoothness, but Wind-Swept Valley is even more elegant with its gentle softness.
Tasting the tea soup: One infusion can smell the rich mountain aroma, as if sitting in the original forest, quiet and mind pleasant. Although there is a slight bitterness on entering the mouth, it soon dissolves and quickly tastes sweet and replenishes fluids.
Both cheeks and tongue-bottom were like a spring without a source, overflowing; full mouth was filled with natural rich honey fragrance, smooth gentle subtle hidden strong yet restrained tea flavor, throat timbre persisted and prolonged.
The thick and plump leaves at the base of the stem still emit a faint fragrance after more than ten infusions.
